Kyriad Hotel service is extremely poor. Unfortunatelly there was a mistake in the booking process and when requested to try and change the booking they said it was impossible. Thus I had to pay without being able to enjoy the nights in the room. I had to trash the whole booking as they were not able to solve it. Very dissappointing staff and customer service. I will definitively not recommend you booking this hotel. Its the worst customer experience I have faced ever.

Très mécontente, réservation sur booking,avec demande pour 3 personnes, chambre avec 3 petits lits,super. Sauf que,petite chambre avec 2 petits lits et le troisième sur mezzanine avec échelle. Super pour une personne âgée.
De plus, pas d'ascenseur avec la chambre située au 2ème étage.
Pour finir, petit déjeuner jusqu'à 10h30, sauf que demain, présence d'un séminaire donc nous petits clients obligés de déjeuner avant 9h. Pourtant, ma facture sera honorée.
Très déçue
