A very food option to stay down town. Rooms are really small but there's everything and we didn't hear much noise. The bed was also comfortable.

We had two rooms, both were small. Both rooms were ant infested and not very clean. Reception told us they would spray the rooms after we leave.

Reservation wasn't accounted for by hotel, and hotel was full. Receptionist handled it pretty well: he arranged a room in a hotel near by, and offered us free breakfast at Kyriad and a bottle of champagne as an excuse. Second night, we could stay in Kyriad. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast with eggs, toast, fresh fruit, cornflakes, baguette, muffins: very complete. Location near subway station Place d'Italie, where you can get to the rest of town easily. There is not much to do in the neighbourhood though.

Good distance away from AccorHotel Arena, cheap and cheerful, exactly what I was expecting. Free gym access was a good addition

Kyriad in Italie Gobelins was a dump. I stayed there one night and left to another hotel. The rooms were super small, the building and the infrastructure were falling apart. I found the Hôtel Kyriad Paris XVIII - Porte de Clignancourt - Montmartre much better for the same price. The Hôtel Kyriad Paris XVIII - Porte de Clignancourt - Montmartre was a lot more spacious, cleaner, and more pleasant.
