Location is great for shows and events at palais des congrès. Rooms are small and beds are queen size only for a double bedroom for 2 guests Service is okay but not exceptional. Bathrooms is pretty low standard but clean. Breakfast services is fine but not a lot of choices. In overall the hotel is quite average and price are overrated. 300 to 450€ per night is way too expensive compared to the quality

For a 3 stars hotel this is a really nice place. Good service and everything clean and well arranged.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel which was very clean and staff very helpful.Plenty of local shops, bars and food nearby.Bus stop across the street and metro about 5 minutes walk. Will go back again on future trips. Being a tea and coffee drinker would like to see a few more tea bags or coffee in my room but that only a suggestion as others may not drink that much.Many thanks for the great stay .

I have stayed at this small boutique hotel several times over the last few years. The hotel and rooms have been nicely renovated. It is a small boutique hotel with a wonderful ambiance. The staff are particularly friendly and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful with both hot and cold choices. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for personal attention as opposed to large hotels. It is convenient to bus to airport, restaurants, convention center, and metro. Great location for reasonable price! The wine and coffee in the afternoon is a great touch.

Nice hotel, clean and Netflix in the room was great. Rooms were a little small and there was a lot of noise in the night from the back street.

The location is quite convenient as you cango to the centre by Metro. The room was a bit small but very clean and tidy. The bathroom also very clean. You have free netflix so you can watch soemthing when you want. You kinda need to be a tech savvy as they have an android phone in the room instead of the proper ones and also a tablet that you can use to watch netflix. People at the receptio was also reallu helpful

Clean, nice big towels and robes, Patio, view, good service and staff, perfect location for siteseeing and concerts, they have sewing kits!!!! Would definitely come back!!!

The villa is a nice comfortable clean hotel.it is central to most of Paris' attractions, close to two major chain hotels and the convention Centre. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The price is reasonable and fair for the services offered.I would stay there again any time that I was in Paris and would highly recommend it to any travelers.
