Very dated, man at reception was not in the least friendly- when I asked for a higher room said NONE available..and then made NO attempt to help me with my simple request when there are so many rooms in this hotel. The room itself looks as if it has not been updated since the 70's...can hear everything in the next room AND last but not least Only ONE outlet in the room. No thanks. Calling this hotel a 4 star is a real joke...MUCH better hotels around for around the same rate. Never again.

No way that this is a 4* hotel. Very old furniture- bad maintained. Service even for French measures below satisfactory

Everything is old and stinky.No thanks. Calling this hotel a 4 star is a real joke...MUCH better hotels around for around the same rate. Do yourself a favor and book another Hotel in Strasbourg. Very nice staff and good location.
Needs updating though. Very few electric outlets and none on the bed side of the room. Only very hot water from the room faucet. Meant a 2am tripl downstairs for a glass of water. Free wifi but you need to relogin every time you open your phone.

Great hotel
Great location... 5 minutes from rhe chatedrale !
There is no parking near the hotel. You have to park your car in indigo parking and walk 8 minutes yo the hotel.
The breakfast is good.

Stayed for a week on business. Friendly and courteous staff. Clean rooms. Sufficient breakfast fare. Bring ear plugs if your room faces the main street though.

Spend a night recently here and can't tell anything negative.... nice and renovated room, very clean and a new bath room. Very friendly staff which provided before arrival an informative map how to get to the hotel parking space....
