Nice hotel. But the man who sat on the reception was a cheater. He took 6 euro in the night for a bottle of drinking water, which is six time more than water price in Paris.

Smelly room, Arrogant receptionist, hotel Location makes you feel you came to wrong city and definitely not like how it looks in given pics..

The staff of the hotel are very rude and rooms don't have either A/C or fan and the windows also not accessible. You will be suffocated if you stay more than an hour in room.....

Staff I encountered were rude, breakfast is poor, check-in took me 45 minutes, location isn't ideal, right in front of a motorway, very loud. And you can tell their modernisation was half baked, rooms are botch jobs of old rooms redecorated to look "fresher". Doesn't work.

You should select this place if you want to make your Paris stay miserable or hate Paris.. got stuck in lift for more than 10 minutes and receptionist was offended for us banging lift door for help..

The rooms are 'OK' but the customer service is poor and they don't have a cafe or a bar or a restaurant service. Over priced for what they have to offer.

Front desk staff are horrible. Our reservations were not input into the system so check in took almost half an hour. Once we were checked in they were unable to activate our room card (usually not a problem; however, to run lights in the room, a room card must be inserted into a panel; no room card = no lights). Our room telephones did not work so for a midnight snack I had done a yelp review to order a highly rated pizza, went down to lobby to request them to order; was told that front desk had their own delivery pizza service with minimum 30 euro order. Worst food I have tasted in France. When asking for directions to Metro, font desk seemed to be annoyed that we would ask such questions. Location is only 10 minute walk to metro but this line closes before other lines (I think because of slightly rough location). The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the rooms were clean and cleaning lady came at the same time everyday like clock work and the rooms looked as they do in pictures. I would not suggest staying at the Hotel Median Paris Congres as I have stayed in hostels that have better service and are cheaper.

Maybe you can try it if it is completely free.. coz the hotel is not worthy of anything we pay

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.. even if offers are there..

Everything was great and as you'd expect for a hotel. Points for proximity to the metro, quality of TV, cleanliness and bathroom facilities and the breakfast. Minuses for the disinterested staff and the totally rubbish eggs and sausages. Stick to the croissants!

Really nice, cheap but with luxurious clean rooms. Really great. But quite far from metro station.
