Very nice hotel kept very clean however the beds were very firm so a poor night sleep for myself

5***** for the front desk. Really friendly and helpful staff. Helped me find some local shops and gave me detailed instructions how to get there.
2** for restaurant staff. I arrived late at the restaurant, a few minutes before 10pm, and had to wait at the 'wait for seating' area almost 10 min before I was approached by one of the staff. Who skipped the "good evening" part and went for the angry look and said only room service or bar menu now, kitchen closed at 10pm. It was 22:03. And did not care for my reaction and walked away.
Breakfast was average, but also nobody to greet you with a good-morning.
3*** total.

Service very good... Entrecote very good. A good selection of wine... Airport prices.

Excelente hotel para estadía laboral, se encuentra cerca del aeropuerto y de la zona industrial donde se ubican las grandes compañías. La atención es en general muy buena. El desayuno muy variado y de buena calidad, la comida es buena pero un poco cara relacionada a restaurantes. Pero al no haber nada cerca es la mejor opción. Las habitaciones son amplias, bien equipadas y el servicio de limpieza impecable. El WiFi funciona correctamente.

If you are traveling for business at Bordeaux, this one at the airport is an excellent option, has everything to be comfortable and near industrial areas

Good hotel for business trip, breakfast wasn't the best but room was very nice and has an outdoor pool. Also a free shuttle to the airport and staff are generally great
