Needs a remodel and the air conditioner does not work in 85° degree weather. They have no ice, its dirty and breakfast is nothing more than cereal, yogurt and croissants. This is an international chain but only caters to local sensibilities.

Idéalement situé car dans le centre. Il est donc facile de se trouver un bon petit resto en se baladant à pied. Bon petit déjeuner avec des produits frais. Chambre un petit peu petite mais suffisant pour 2-3 jours sur place.

Very accommodating in helping us fix issues with not warm enough water). The rooms are fine, the beds and room service are fantastic, and everyone at reception speaks English. Corner rooms have nice windows, but the road is heavily trafficked so try to get the higher levels. Coffee machine, tv and hairdryer all included. It also has an excellent restaurant next to the hotel, Lyon de Bruxelles.
