The place is so nice in great location. But room service didn't provide free water due no availability of bottled water at that time. Which is little disappointing.

Great location, old but updated building, nice breakfast option. Rates are good, rooms are clean, staff is friendly. Has a lounge and work station. Rooms are on the small side, the wifi isn't the best, and the colour schemes are a bit strange, otherwise it could be a four star. Overall happy with my stay!

We booked through expedia and when we arrived we were told the room would be more than what we paid and could find online available still! We were too tired to argue but the expedia listing we paid and what it showed that I could buy online at that moment was not honored by the staff. He was also quite rude when I tried explaining the online listing. I work booking travel and chose this place for several reasons. However, I will be not booking this hotel for any of my guests based on my experience at the desk:being charged 15€more per night than on the site and quoted by expedia. Being told I am wrong when I can clearly pull up the listing and show the error. The rooms are very small. The one in particular we were in was basically all we needed, but the smell in the room was an offensive smell to me. The wall paper is peeling at the seams on the wall, that otherwise looked good at some point. The street noise into the room was quite loud if you are a light sleeper. Also the door room to the hallway is paper thin as far as sounds and being able to hear everything. So my expectations were sadly not met. I try to seek out unique hotels and offer the experience to my customers but this one is not going to be one for the recommended list. Better me than one of customers though.

Very Clean and tidy Hotel. Breakfast was good. Amazing hospitality. The person at the reception helped us with our missed night tour of Big bus Paris. Safe are and close to SAINT NOTRE DAME. Many restaurants near by.

This is the second time I stay at this Hotel. First time was in 2012 and it was ok, second time was more recently & in this year (2017) and wow! They have made many many major improvements in their customer service & they were actually GOOD improvements!!!! The staff was much nicer this time. The rooms were cleaner & had plenty of soaps (better smelling top) & towels. The breakfast WAS also WAY better than last time, but be aware it isn't hot breakfast. The coffee was great & everything was fresh! The serving staff could be a bit more friendly but we had such a pleasant stay otherwise we didn't let her rudeness get to us! The WIFI should be improved since it didn't work that well, but who cared? Not us! We were in Paris & it was wonderful to simply disconnect! Will definitely return here! LOVED!

Quaint and charming, this hotel brings out your inner gypsy in all the good ways. Great location at a very reasonable rate, small and intimate accommodations, and friendly service. Just don't look for the modern things like election door locks (or even double locks!)

Hotel was in good location, front desk staff was friendly and rooms were clean. It was super hot when we were in Paris so the AC in the rooms was not up to par for our standards. The strong AC was in the lobby. The wifi also didn't work on our phones - we were in room 66. If the heat doesn't bother you this hotel will work.

It was perfect for what we needed. There were some pretty good restaurants around the corner. Nice funky modern feel. Not too far from the metro. Friendly staff. Would have been nicer if breakfast was included.

In a great convinient location, close to metro lines and tourist sites. Lots of restaurants around of varying prices. Hotel is extremely clean and tidy with friendly staff. Room rate for central Paris is good. Rooms are very boutique style but very comfortable and cosy. Overall good experience.
