Non l'ho detestato,solo si mangia male e se ci sono poche persone la cucina la chiudono è mandano in una brasserie vicina dove è la stessa cosa:non si mangia decentemente.Pollo crudo che sanguina,patate crude verdure salatissime.Tornando all'hotel è discreto per gli standard di Lourdes.

Room was small but more than adequate for one person. The staff was wonderful, especially Pierre, who was thoughtful and helpful. The breakfast was perfect and included choices of meat, cheese, yogurt, croissant, rolls, juices, hot chocolate, hard boiled eggs and others. It was about a 10 minute walk from the sanctuary. There is a beautiful little River across the street from the hotel and the mountains were right there waiting for me outside the door each morning.

I stayed there in October 2015 with two other friends from London. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. We initially spent a night without a view and the staff changed our room the next day to one with a view overlooking the river. We had dinner and lunch at the hotel. The meals were very tasty and well presented and the price was reasonable. Thank you to all the staff.

Excellent endroit. Chambres agréable avec vue sur le Gave et la montagne.
Très bonne table.
Personnel compétent et très agréable.
J'y reviens chaque année avec plaisir

Hôtel bien mais pour que 3 ~ 4 nuits, hôtel vieux... . Dans la chambre : salle de bain ; Une fuite, le ménage pas fait correctement (à mon arrivé le papier toilette n'était pas changer !!). Dans la douche, un rideau assez pénible quand tu te douche (se colle à la peau), toilettes non propre. Dans la chambre en elle même : l'insonorisation est mauvaise (on entend le voisin se doucher, aller aux toilettes, parler...). Que 2 prises pour charger les téléphones ! La télé est trop petite, une fois dans le lit tu ne vois pas grand chose.... Le gros moins de la chambre est l'absence d'un climatisation, il fait chaud quand tu n'ouvre pas les fenêtres et que tu fermes tout. Selon moi cette hôtel mérite seulement 2 étoiles et non 3.. néanmoins le lit est très confortable et la vue de la chambre est magnifique ^^ j'aurai mis 2,5/5 mais je ne peux mettre que 2/5...
