Quite a well thought out hotel. Good for families as there is a well equipped kids play corner and pleasant pool with good opening times. Room/bed comfy and clean. Wasn't massively impressed with the food in restaurant, the quality wasn't great and food was a bit tired looking and warm not hot. Breakfast buffet about normal for this kind of hotel, buffet serving area quite small and off puttingly crowded most of the time. Staff friendly, generally the atmosphere in this hotel is quite good and I probably would stay here again. Liked the tram into Bordeaux.

A good room standard for a "3" star hotel. The public areas are fresh, clean and very family friendly.

Hotel was clean and in a good place for trams to get into Bordeaux. Rooms were spacious and came with a multimedia system to allow you to plug devices into the TV. Nespresso machine was also a nice bonus.

The hotel was decent for a Canadian it was a little different than your normal hotel but it was still very lovely I enjoyed the games room very much and the drink were great overall pretty great hotel would stay again

Loved this hotel. Polite and helpful staff. The rooms are of good size, nice and clean. The gym is not too big, but fine to work out for a couple of days. The pool is kind of small, it can get a bit crammed, but perfectly fine to get refreshed. I'd go back for sure.

Lovely place to stay! Great nights sleep and amazing food! Slightly bigger portions for food I would say! That might be me as a big eater tho! All in all great stop off!

Restaurant ridiculously expensive, rooms nice enough and the very friendly reception staff rescue this hotel a 3 rating

Pillows were not the greatest and beds were quite small. Nice dining and hang out area. Nice themed hotel friendly staff.

Spotless rooms and a good size for two people to share, a sofa can be made up into a bed for families. We used the hotel as a base for touring Bordeaux and didn't eat here.
There is a tram stop right outside and the cost at the time was 1.5 euro for a ticket right to the city centre.
There is a car park on site and the whole complex is secured at night with a keypad entry for access.
