This was my first venture alone into a country far away from my own, so i was ready for all the problems. However there were none! The staff were very helpful and otherwise not intrusive at all. All the rooms are furnished superbly, nothing extra I needed. The complimentary breakfast included a delightful buffet that included on site frying, boiling and cooked eggs. Absolutely awesome cafe!!!! Will definitely look forward to visiting again.

The reception staff were very welcoming (understood my very poor grasp of the French language and replied in perfect English). The rooms were large and the bed was very comfortable. My room had a locked adjoining door which unfortunately passed through the cigarette smoke smell from the next room (despite all rooms being non smoking). The hotel bar was good (€7.50 for a large beer) and there was a restaurant next door (accessible through reception) which served grilled meat and chips! A good hotel when working in the area - although traffic can be very congested during peak times.

We then stayed at the IBIS just next to this hotel which is same chain but very courteous and customer friendly.

No air conditioning even though it's summer and hot. Room is big enough and the beds are very comfortable. But amenities are less in the room. No cold creams. Location is faraway from Paris city. Breakfast is good but for group breakfasts the service is pathetic.

The surrounding is not fantastic, industriel area. I try to found out a race for running but i came back to the hotel, it was not really appropriate...Room and service clean and friendly, the breakfast is served with low prices products, so the taste of cheese and ham are not fantastic.

The staff is ill-mannered, impolite, discourteous, presumptuous and disrespectful. The rooms are smelly, parking is weird. Definitely not a Novotel culture.

Room is good but the maids never replaced bins with bin liners, they never restocked the batroom shampoos and shower gels, they never changed the towels which were left on the floor and they nerver restocked the teas, coffees, sugars and cups I'm the room. The maids also blocked my partner from gettimg in the lift with their trolley and they could clearly see I was already in the lift and that my partner was trying to get in but they ignored her.

Outside doesn't look that amazing but the inside looks clean and modern. Rooms are comfortable, clean and look modern and the hotel has a swimming pool around back.
