If you are expecting to be close to the centre of Narbonne, you will be very disappointed. It is isolated, far from most amenities, including convenience stores. Transport is poor and it is a long walk anywhere.
If you prefer convenience and character, don't bother with this place; you may as well be in a hospital bed as here.

Bon hôtel confortable à l'équipement vieillissant, personnel professionnel. Sdbs un peu vétustes. Piscine agréable. Très bon restaurant.

We used the pool on our trip back from Spain to Netherlands. Nobody bothered us, so nice place for a rest and a swim.

Il ne vaut pas 4 étoiles. L'accueil est tenu par des personnes qui sont bien habillées et souriantes. Le lit est spacieux et confortable. Il y a une piscine mais qui est fermée l'hiver. Enfin, j'ai trouvé que la chambre était assez banale et que cela ne justifiait pas son prix.

Little tuff to get Ice, nice employees, nice breakfast. Overall good experience.
