The hotel is set in attractive grounds, with a nice garden and reception area.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

Supernice small hotel, very familiar with pleasent touch. Typical french with a nice family as owners. Perfect location to everything in Cannes, but still a very calm inner garden with pool.

Very good hotel. Excellent location close to the beach and central Cannes, and very friendly and helpful staff. Cute garden and indoor restaurant. Would definitely recommend.

good hotel. very near to the centre of town.
the place doesn't seems too good, but inside the hotel is very nice.
the room was kind and with a lot of space.
personnel is very kind.
two things are not at the same level of the rest of the hotel:
parking is a little bit too expensive and wi-fi in my room wasn't good (signal too low...). the way to log in into wi-fi is a little bit tricky...

A very nice hotel in a great location close to the old town restaurants and harbour.

The breakfast was fine, although I’d have preferred a greater choice of fresh fruit, or even better, fresh fruit salad.

The swimming pool was great for cooling off in during a Summer stay.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Brand new bathroom and clean room. Conveniently located near smaller train station, where trains to Monaco leave every hour or so. Overall satisfied.

This is Cannes! We extended our reservation from 2 nites to 3 to soak up the sun and the sights.
Located very close to Le Suquet (3 min walk) with lots of restaurants to choose from and Eglise Notre-Dame d'Esperance (4 min walk) for the best view of the town!
The greetings from the front desk were always friendly.
Helpful with trying to use the computer - we made our next booking online.
The room was just big enough, clean, and the bed was comfy.
Breakfast was 12 euros each, extra beyond the room charge. Well worth it!
The Breakfast room was so cheery in yellows and oranges, with the option of eating outside on their garden patio.
Breakfast was a great variety of breads, boil-your-own eggs, and all the normal European options of meat, cheese, fruits.
Tea, coffee, chocolate was served personally.
The town was amazing - beach walks (yes, some ladies were topless) and the Film Festival auditoriums and even up the hill to the La Croix de Gardes.
And yes, it's pronounced (American) CAN.

All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very nice, romantic little hotel. Staff are very helpful. Very close to restaurants,bars and the beach.

The rooms were clean, with comfy beds.

Personnel antipathique qui nous surveille, qui nous fait des réflexions. On se sent mal à l'aise (ex: ils nous disent où on doit marcher, où on doit s'asseoir. J'ai 12 ans et ils m'ont interdit ma bouée à la piscine même quand il n'y avait personne !) Ils ont refusé de me donner un oreiller en plus alors que l'hôtel n'était pas complet. Je ne conseille pas cet hôtel pour les enfants.

Very nice hotel with a very good location near by the beaches.
We had a very nice appartment with a big terrace
The service is in top, and we will for sure be back in the near future.
We have been there several times and can recommend it
