Hotel a due stelle con parcheggio interno. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, considerando la relativa vicinza a Mont Saint-Michele. Arrivando si ha l'impressione di essere partiti per un viaggio nel tempo e tornare negli anni 40. Per un secondo ci eravamo convinti di poter stringere la mano al generale Patton. Stanze piccole, desuete ma pulite. Gestori cordiali. Un bellissimo e docile cane di grossa taglia (forse un patou, cane da montagna dei Pirenei?) ci accogli al nostro arrivo.

Last winter we were driving from Valencia, Spain to Le Havre, France heading for Ireland when the weather closed in. Temperatures of -10 and lots of snow made us cut our journey short. We decided to spend a day or two at the next Hotel we came upon. That hotel turned out to be The Hotel Patton in Avranches. It was late at night so I was not expecting a very warm reception but I could not have been more wrong. The Owner/ Manageress was very accommodating and we ended up staying for a week. The atmosphere is fantastic, the breakfast typical french style. It is also central to all of the sights the town/city has to offer, including a surprise find - a second Notre dame cathederal. We will return to the Patton this summer and use it as a base for day trips to Mt. san Michel and the Normandy landing beaches.

This is a good budget hotel. Decor is quite outdated but it's clean. Free wifi and parking are definitely a plus. I'd recommend the hotel for staying close to mont St. Michel if you have a car.

La terrasse est super bien aménagée. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. L'hôtel est très bien située.

All the good reviews posted here are true.
We stayed here for 1 night on our trip to Mont Saint Michelle in June 2010.
Owner was very helpful and friendly.
Convenient parking and free wifi.

Nous venons de résider 2 jours dans cet hôtel idéalement situé sur une hauteur à 10 km de la Baie du Mont Saint Michel. L'accueil reçu de la part de nos 2 hôtes a été très cordial et attentionné. Les chambres, d'un très bon rapport qualité prix, étaient claires, larges et bien entretenues. Ne pas manquer le petit déjeuner à petit budget mais très complet, avec surtout la confiture maison offerte par nos 2 gentilles dames. Nous reviendrons très certainement avec tous nos amis venus du Vietnam.

Très belle chambre familiale ! Très bonne literie ! Petit déjeuner copieux et gérante très accueillante, parking privé.Petit problème d eau chaude faut attendre un moment pour l avoir ! Très très bon hôtel!
