Perfect hotel for business trip, especially if you work in La Defense. Metro, ReR and taxi are easy reachable. Huge mall in 5 minutes. Good restaurant in hotel. Very nice staff and perfect service. Room is big, always clean with all necessary equipment. The only choice for future.

Overall a very comfortable stay at the hotel. Hotel is well located with close proximity to shops, restaurants and the train & tram station. Check-in was very easy. The staff at reception is very polite, friendly and helpful. La Defense is a beautiful city. Lovely and refreshing to walk around the neighborhood in the evenings.

I enjoy every single one if my stays in here. I have a choice of 5-10 hotels at a reasonable distance from our Paris office and I chose this one every single time. The quality of service is outstanding. I am always greeted and reminded that I am a return guest. I am upgraded whenever possible, without ever having to ask. I cannot recommend this hotel more.

A well presented hotel in a very convenient part of La Defense. The restaurant is the only thing that lets this place down. It seems very confused?

Went there for work so i didnt pay the room. 3 stars is a bit severe because it is not a bad hotel at all but for 200€ a night you would expect much better. The only thing deserving the five starts is the service which was perfect. Other than that i dont see any difference with a normal ibis budget that cost 4 or 5 times less (40 euros). Actually there is a difference the mattress quality was better in ibis budget for me. Although it depends on taste because my coworker slept fine (i prefer firm mattress). Anyhow i just dont understand the difference in price with a normal hotel and that is an issue for me. Breakfast was very nice but for 26 euros it is also not worth that much.

Not happy about my stay last night.
The rooms are still quite moldy, but hotel was renovating for quite a time?!
No warm water in the shower, even after letting it rinse for about 20mins.
The glass divider is constantly opening, you'll have a flooded bathroom.
Also the bed was broken. If i went up, the bed was jumping upwards by 1m. Mechanism broken.
Maybe you're lucky with another room.
BTW: no reimbursement or voucher.

Excellent staff, very friendly and hospitable. Breakfast can be crowded and there is a queue at peak time. Dinner menu could have more choices. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Typical business hotel. Breakfast was expensive, but good. Location is fantastic - very close to La Defense station where you can catch the RER, Metro, or Tram. Less than 20 minutes on the train to downtown, easy access to CDG on the RER

Nicely decorated for aesthetic enjoyment. Excellent service means one can truly relax. I recommend the suites for panoramic view.

The stay was great. The mattresses are not incredibly luxurious, but everything else about the room is great. The breakfast is particularly good.
