The view disappointed, and is oversold. A room with lake view and a balcony looks as on the picture attached; overlooking another building, a parking and in the far distance the lake.

This is a decent budget class hotel, indeed. But as you've already driven 20 min from GVA airport, there are other similar hotels.

Nice hotel in Divonne with an indoor pool and spa. Price was interesting for the room we took which had a kitchenette.

Really nice views, big and elegant rooms, spa and big garden. They had also underwater bikes and instructed trainings in spa! Awesome trainer and good training. Also they have a small Fitness room with treadmill, bike and rowing machine.

Nice hotel, clean & spacious room with comfortable bed and great shower. Stayed here for work. They offer a free shuttle bus service to various locations in Switzerland which is great! Good alternative at a cheaper rate than Switzerland and only 18 minutes to Nyon train station.

We are a family of four (all adults ) so we booked a hotel apartment at villa du lac APT 525. We had a nonrefundable reservation but we didn't expect our 5 days stay to be that bad ! I honestly don't know how they are classified as a 4 stars hotel !
-Both of the bathrooms has an awful stinky smell that was always there the whole period of our stay and they told us they couldn't do any thing about it !!
-The bed sheets and towels were not clean
One of the bed sheets had holes in it !
-Both The TV and the washer machine were not working and no one fixed them even though we complained about it !
-The breakfast was not good ( thanks god there was a kitchen to prepare our own breakfast)

I have been using a mobile phones since 15 years now, and never lost one, until I stayed in this hotel. They stole it and the management didn't take any action or even tried to look up the security cameras.

Good location and decent size apartment however,
The view isn't good, for a duplex all the views we're facing the other buildings.
The unit was not cleaned well when we received it.
The weekly cleaning service is not good at all.
I requested an additional cleaning service and my request was completely ignored.
The bathroom have bad stinky smell.
There is restricted timing for the kids to go to the pool which made it difficult for me to take the kids early.
The restaurant isn't open all day.
It was a struggle with the baggage trolley as the hotel has only one large trolley and one small which is not enough at all considering the big number of units they have.
In summary, I wasn't impressed with the service or the facilities of the hotel at all.

The rooms are quite impersonal, but roomy and of fine standing. The bed was good. The breakfast was very limited; and the spa was not offered to me at check-in (granted, I arrived late evening - it may be fine).
