Hôtel très charmant dans un cadre agréable et calme. Dîner et petit déjeuner testé et approuvé, les quantités et les saveurs sont au rendez vous. Le personnel est professionnel, souriant et très accueillant. Enfin l'hôtel est parfaitement situé. Nous recommandons.

This is a lovely place, set on a small back street. The building is old and charming. The grounds are well kept, tranquil, a pleasant place to sit. The room we had was on the top floor and featured rustic wood beam ceiling, Not too large but very comfortable for the two of us. The bathroom was spectacular with stone tile everywhere. The view from the window included the garden and in the background was Chateau Amboise. The hotel is an easy walk to the center of town and to the river. There is on site parking for guests so once there, leave your car and just walk all over Amboise. The staff could not have been friendlier or helpful, We spent only two nights there but I would have loved to have stayed longer. As I said, the street is small and it is in a network of one way streets. So, be careful and once there leave your car when at all possible. The only downside I could see is that, being an old building, there is no lift so you have to carry your bags up the stairs. Breakfast was, I believe 11.50 Euros per person per day.

The hotel is beautifully situated in the town and has very well maintained and tranquil gardens to relax in, the pool is lovely too. I cannot fault the staff for their assistance or friendliness (one even have is a lift in their own car to the station). Breakfast is a bit haphazard and probably not the greatest value. The room was clean, however being on the top floor was very hot and although there is air condoning it is quite noisy. Our room only had one small window and so wasn't as bright as we would have hoped for. Lastly it only had a bath and no proper shower which wasn't to our liking.

Très joli lieu, confortable et bien placé a Amboise. Un accueil sans faille très chaleureux et personalisé.
Hotel de haut niveau avec un bon rapport qualité prix.
A decouvrir sans crainte.
