A very beautiful old hotel next to the Canal Midi and Train Station. Twenty minute walk to the Old Castle. Very friendly staff, full buffet breakfast with good coffee. Coffee also in the room. Will stay there again. Sally

Historic hotel in a great location near train station. Lucia at the front desk was very helpful. Restaurant for breakfast was just ok.

I am from South Africa and was pleasantly suprised when we arrived at the hotel, despite all the negative reviews!! All staff were friendly and the rooms decorated stylish and clean. Taken into consideration that the hotel is rated as a 3 star, we actually got more than expected. My advise is not to expect a 5 star hotel service when you booked at a 3 star hotel!! Well done to all staff members of Le Terminus, you deserve more stars!!

Beautiful old style hotel. Beautifully decorated and stunning views of Carcassonne Castle (from many rooms). Comfortable and clean. Good location to shops and restaurants. I also noticed (vital didn't use) a room with board games down stairs. I really liked staying there and wish I got to stay more than one night.

Lovely grand old hotel. Large room, high ceiling sparkling clean bathroom, helpful staff. Great view across roof tops to old city

Terrible!!!. The worst I ever stayed in. Looks nice from outside and from reception. Checked in at 1 pm and paid for the room only to be told that the room would not be ready until 5pm. When I got the room the cold water did not work and I could not shower. I changed rooms but was given 1 with 2 single beds instead of 1 big and 1 half used shoer gel. The phone rang at 5 am and no body was on the other end when I answered. The fire alarm went off at 9am and everybody evacuated. The room had mould. The staff very rude.I hated this place and it was way over priced.

Had some trouble in the beginning with our check in for the room. But other than that it was a great hotel with a great lobby and restaurant.
