Dont go in this hotel it is pure robbery. They charged us for smoking in the room based on the cigarete butt that they found in front of our window which wasnt even ours.

No choice of menu you get what you are given if you do not like it tough. You are unable to sit out on your balcony due to the aircon unit blasting out hot air on to an already hot and humid day. National holidays use this hotel so be warned if you book a holiday to Le Cannet.

Incredible mean servers to the restaurant. I saw the server taking food from a tourist because she considered the tourists took 2 croissants instead of one at breakfast. At the The brakfast is insufficient food for the groups of tourists. The view of the restaurant is nice. The servers are extremely mean.

Was there 10 years ago and still the same reviews are consistent. I used to work as a coach driver doing dub contract work with Caledonian Travel and done three seasons at this hotel. I know National Holidays use this hotel and the reviews are more or less the same regarding the lack of choice of menu etc. The hotel is a few miles from. Cannes centre however, just a short walk from the hotel is the idyllic Le Cannet. Plenty of restaurants and nice bars to be found. If you're on a budget, great. Good hotel for B&B. Close by to the motorway for easy access to Nice, Monaco and St. Tropez. On the plus side of the hotel, it's clean and towels are changed daily. The bar prices are what you'd find in town.

Absolutely terrible hotel. In the middle of nowhere, about a mile or so to the nearest bus stop for Cannes. It's all downhill, so you will need a taxi back which costs around £20!
There is NO choice of food. It's either take it or leave it.
Dining time was 7 p.m but the forst half hour was for serving drinks, so it was nearly 8 o'clock before we had the starter. Everyone with lettuce.
There were just 2 small lifts with enough room for 3-4 people and were so slow, we often waited 5-10 minutes and finished up walking up to the 5th floor where the dining room was.
This holiday was booked through National Holidays. Two very long days travelling there, and two very long days coming home. We stayed overnight both times, but as we didn't arrive at said hotels till around 10 p.m, it was literally bed, as we had to get up at 6 a.m for the next part of the journey.
A total of 50 hours travelling, and FIVE DAYS in resort for over £1,000! Beware this "trip".

Poor food, hotel is placed far from city and there is noting you can do at hotel. Dont recommened this hotel at all. For this money i expected more.
