A great location one block from main train/metro station. Good service. Very small hotel, but works out well if your going to be spending most your time exploring.

Central and easy access to multiple metro lines.
Very nice breakfast.
Friendly helpful staff.
Very comfortable bed.
The rooms are typically Paris-small, even the superior. If you can, take a room with a balcony. Bring a hdmi cable for the big screen TV if you need to relax between sightseeing.

Stayed for 4 nights in October. As with most Paris hotels in this price range, the rooms are small. You will have to strategically store your luggage and clothes to makes things much easier on your stay. The immediate vicinity is very quiet at night and not the bustling parisans you see in pictures and movies. We choose this area as we took the train in from Normandy/Caen and location is very convenient for this arrangement. So for the price vs other hotels in the area, it was a fine stay. We never felt unsafe when venturing late at night. Good pressure and water was hot. Velib station is right outside the hotel. It's an excellent way to travel in Paris vs the Metro, but be warned, you have to be very comfortable biking with and against traffic unless you only stay on the isolated bike paths. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful with all things paris. They also have umbrellas for general use for rainy days. So would i stay here again...? If I had to stay in Saint Lazare area, definitely, but I would do a different arrondissment just to experience something different.

Classy place. Incredible customer service. We stayed in the terrace room and the view was fantastic. We just loved the stay and felt so taken care of. I hope to stay here again in the future.

Excellent service as soon as we arrived. We stayed 5 nights and were impressed with the cleanliness and layout of all the space. Local favorite restaurants were recommended and they were excellent! This has been an amazing honeymoon vacation.

This place has the friendliest staff so far! Incredibly supportive and helpful and really made our stay unique and awesome. If you are staying on a balcony level, usually floor 5, grab a continental breakfast and eat it on the balcony. There is an office opposite the rooms so give them a wave and make up stories like we did each morning. Highly recommended for budget, service and location! Try the organic brunch cafe near the Saint Lazar station!
