Cette agence est une arnaque.
On me refuse le véhicule et le remboursement sous prétexe que la carte
de crédit n'est pas au nom du conducteur alors que la bonne carte était
momentanément en défaut.
Les conditions de location ne sont pas très claires
Agence à éviter Bordeaux aéroport et bien sur INTER RENT

beaucoup d'attente au guichet. Et mauvaise surprise une fois à la maison, on me débite 24 € de frais pour un GPS que je n'ai jamais eu !!
j'appelle de suite et mon dit qu'on me rembourse de suite. Plus de 10 jours plus tard toujours pas de remboursement !

Je confirme également, ils m'ont prélevé 35 euros 4 mois après la location sans aucune justification.

Je paye ma naïveté le prix fort : déjà 120e de prélèvement en plus non justifié que je découvre sur mon relevé bancaire. Et j'ai le pressentiment que ce n'est pas fini ...

Bonne expérience et tarif imbattable il faut être vigilant sur l'état des lieux de véhicule qui n'est pas à jour sur le formulaire qu'ils vous donneront au bureau principal

I rented a citadine car with them.
Surprise they have a clean car policy: you have to bring back the car fully clean (vacuum-cleaned and no apparent dirt). Funny thing is I was going to the beach which is 20 min from Bordeaux, so one of the reason people are going to Bordeaux...
When I expressed my concern on this policy (which is not existing with competitors) I was informed I could pay 9€ to get the car cleaned for me or risk a fine between 20 to 120euros.
Second surprise I was at first proposed a car that had a tank full at 6/8 and was asked to bring it back with the same contenance. First time I heard this, without knowing the contenance of the tank I would have to kindly fill 6/8. When expressing my surprise they offer to switch to a full tank car which is why I gave them a 2. I was also informed that the car was in perfect condition, I arrived at the car: not clean (while I would have to bring it back clean) and with a hit on the back so I had to call them to inform them on the hit. They were kind enough to directly add that to their database so I wouldn't pay for it.
I would not recommend this company,

Quick help at desk, nice person who helped us. Car as described online. Even after returning the car before opening hours no problems with cash deposit and so on.

Would recommend this company for budget cars.

I rented a car with some friends in August and it was 130 euros with insurance included. We passed a bit through the km limit so after returning the car I saw that they got 232,20 euros on top of 16 euros from my credit card. I was unhappy but didn't make an opposition for the first time.
Now when I checked again for this months credit card bill, I realized they charged another 232,20 euros 3 weeks after the first one. Absolutely blatant thievery that is just unbelievable. There is exactly no reasons for charging the same amount of money again which was a repetitive fraudery except that they hoped I wouldn't check my bill and notice.
