Great food, great service, just all round ggggggreat!

We enjoyed the Chorrizzo and Empinada starters, but our rib-eye steaks were ordinary and probably not as good as a Buffalo Grill, though the surroundings were much nicer.

Way too much salt was on the chips and steak, we were gasping for water during the night. This comment to the waiter earned us a shoulder shrug.

There are plenty of great Michelin recommended restaurants to eat in Saumur for less than the €100 cost of this meal. We can see no strong reason to return.

Very delicious steak! Appropriate price and good service!

The Argentinian wine was a welcome change from local Cabernet Franc, but no canapes were served with our Appero.

Delicious, good value and a great spot for people watching on a warm evening

If you look at their website, you will see a mouth-watering and perfect looking steak with big chips, what was served bore no resemblance to this.

Bon accueil. Restaurant pour les mangeurs de viande. De bon conseil pour le choix des vins ( large choix en vins Argentin, on conseil las perdices ) menu enfant à 9€50 ( plat + dessert ). A essayer.

Restaurant idéalement placé sur une petite place piétonne avec vue sur l'église St Pierre.
Très bonne adresse pour les amateurs de viandes grillées.
Accueil sympathique. Prix corrects pour un resto de centre-ville.

Amazing food and service

I enjoyed my Basque sauce, my wife disliked her Argentinian sauce. The steaks are not cooked over charcoal, mine - medium-rare, was hot on the surface but still cold in the centre. It was pretty sinewey, my wife's tender.

Perhaps we went on the wrong day, but to be honest, the meal was nothing special. Certainly not Argentinian, or even Spanish, standard.
