we were four of us having dinner at this charming restaurant in Nantes. We chose the tasting menu, 6 dishes at 50 euros, which seemed to be a good bet. The food was good, especially the lobster with a shellfish oil and wild mushrooms. What it could have been a great evening was destroyed by a terrible service, the dishes came with a big and constantly increasing interval that reached intolerable levels with the cheese and the dessert, we had to wait for 25 minutes for the cheese, and half an hour for the dessert. Thus, a dinner that begun at 8 pm ended up at midnight. However, the worst part of it was the response to our complaints: when the bill was asked we politely told the staff about the delays in the cheese and dessert.They just sighed and looked at us like saying "c'est la vie". No explanations, no apologies, nothing at all. The same thing hapenned when the chef showed up to the table.

Est au coeur de la cuisine française... les produits et l'amour des produits.
Très bien servie. Et très bien préparé.
Sa signature ... les mises en bouche au foie de volaille.
Y retourner au file des saisons est un plaisir.

Déçu très déçu !!!! Les verres son plein de calcaire .... les plats sont arrivés trop salé... et les dessert rien de top .... meme un apprenti fait mieux ....

Se prend pour ce qui il ne sont plus le produit est toujours là mais la cuisine date et la patronne est au four et au moulin dur dur d être sur la brèche bon dans l ensemble néanmoins

Excellent restaurant disposant d'un superbe cadre. Le sommelier sera de bon conseil pour accompagner votre repas. Petit bémol pour la note qui est un peu relevée tout de même
