Beaucoup d'ambitions pour ce restaurant, mais hélas nous n'avons pas passé la soirée escomptée. Les plats sont bons mais sans plus, il manque toujours le petit plus qui fait basculer les papilles. À 40€ le menu le rapport qualité prix n'est pas bon. À cela s'est ajoutée beaucoup d'attente, un service approximatif (mise en place des couverts pour le dessert alors que nous n'avions pas encore eu le plat principal...) et un apéro maison moins que moyen mais facturé 12€... Bref grosse déception!

Piatti ben curati ed in linea con il gusto francese. Posto carino in riva al fiume con una pergola per mangiare all'aperto. Conto un po' salato; a mio avviso 8 euro per un bicchierino di benvenuto (vino e succo) non sono un bel benvenuto

Ambiance cosy et très sympa. Un accueil et une service très agréables. Nous y avons très bien mangé. Les plats sont bien travaillés avec de bonnes combinaisons de saveur. Les prix sont raisonnables. Je vous le recommande.

We often stop in Macon for dinner on our way back to Lyon and we always eat at the Saint Laurent on the corner but this last time a lady in the street told us to try the L'autre Rive, a few doors down on the quai. I ordered a glass of Clessé wine, then fish soup and truite-saumoné. My husband ordered oysters and then the joue de bouef. It was well over 30 minutes before our entrés came out and a table of four thatnwas seated after us was served first, with their 3 dogs by their sides. My glass set empty in front me for nearly 30 minutes longer as all of the staff paraded back and forth in front of us serving all the other tables. Finally the young man came over to clear our entrée plates and asked if it was bien passé, I told him my fish soup was like water and my husband's oysters were good and quite frankly I am tired of waiting for somebody to acknowledge that my wine glass is empty. He brought me another. We were served our main plates after 35 more minutes and after the table of four along with their dogs, 3, received their plates. I nearly gasped out loud when i saw my fish----it was one (1) finger 1/2 full in a shallow puree of mushrooms along with a luke warm risotto on the side. My husband's beoef although tasty, was Luke warm also. It all probably set in the kitchen. We had originally planned to finish our menu formule with the cheese and dessert but decided to go to the Saint Laurent next door to get better service and better quality food. I felt like I paid double for my meal when we received half the food and half the service.

Fantastic food, great ambiance and excellent service. Thoroughly recommend for an enjoyable and high quality meal at reasonable prices too.

Une bonne surprise que ce restaurent... arrivés là un peu par hasard nous avons apprécié : la vue sur la saone, une décoration chic et soignée, une carte des vins très bien choisie et une cuisine rafinée. Côté carte, c'est simple et efficace. Pas de noms de plats compliqués, mais on ne sait que choisir car tout fait envi. Une bien belle surprise que ce restaurant...

Endroit sympa ... Petite portion en ce qui concerne l'accompagnement des plats. Assez chers dans l'ensemble.

Restaurant au cadre très sympa et à la cuisine succulente et travaillée. Un grand bravo. La carte des vins n'est par contre pas donnée...
