Food and the people are first class .all very friendly.Souillac is a nice place to tour from .The main let down is it could be a bit cleaner but that could add to the charm .
would stay there again .

Very friendly staff and great restaurant which makes it very convenient for travelers arriving later in the evening. It seems everything closes early in smaller towns in the south of France so this saves you from starving. I rated La Vieille Auberge 4 stars because there was some funky smell in the lobby cafe area. Maybe they had some flooding issues before and this is just the lasting result of that.

Très bon accueil, service au top.
Chambre standard rien à redire,mais le plus gros point positif le restaurant,j'en m'attendais pas à manger un gastronomique ici et le rapport qualité prix est excellent.

Excellent restaurant ! Cuisine très goûteuse, bravo au chef ! le serveur est très agréable, discret et fait parfaitement son travail, bravo à lui aussi !

Very nice lodging overall. We stayed in the Hotel de Quercy next door, which is managed jointly with La Vielle Auberge. The staff are all very nice and attentive, the pool is lovely, and the rooms are comfortable, though some are smaller than others and the rooms facing the pool are quieter and nicer. The restaurant is very good... We were demi-pension guests, so the menu was limited but there were enough choices and the food was really quite good. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in Souillac.
