Solid French food. Seems like a nice neighborhood place and not touristy. Pricing was very reasonable and portions were larger than average Service was really fast.

3rd trip to Paris..come to expect basic french food from Brasserie bar but our meal was worst ever...Lamb with herbs grilled so only could taste burnt grill..herbs a little parsley sprinkle, ice betg lettuce leaves dressing(suspect from bottle from grocery store) & chips....duck placed on top of salad leaves , just to cook the limp lettuce
Where are the french sauces etc i can get better pub meals anyhere in world ...the gamay wine was ok

This place is amazing! I hesitated upon reviewing as I didn't want it to give up a local spot but this is about as local as it gets. We walked in and were immediately greeted everyone knew each other and we quickly realized no one really spoke english. We gave hand signs and ordered wine and food in our broken French. We asked the chef to give us whatever was good. The wine and food was perfection, the atmosphere is very classic bistro, and the owners could not have been friendlier! This was so fun!
One of the best meals on our trip!

Superb food. Absolutely delicious. Especially the Veal Blanquette, Beef Bourguignon and Duck Confit. Much love for this place. Returned twice during our four day visit in Paris

I wish I could give 6 stars. Le Coin is everything you want to imagine in a classic bistro, but with an extra bit of variety and complexity in the dishes. I had the bone marrow which arrived still bubbling, paired with the perfect toast and salt. For the main course, it was a perfectly executed duck confit over crisp potatoes. My friend had the braised pork cheeks, which are incredibly hard to find. The staff was friendly and happy to help us through the menu.
