Very good staff and friendly receptionist too much familiar! Room design very nice and cleaning service as well as good everyday. I advice to improve the location of bathroom too much closed by the room not well for privacy! Prices room are as right as good "value for money". Location hotel is very interest and strategic. I recommend it to everyone

Finally, it was nice holiday time and tourist information service by hotel was good until beginning of the holiday

Nous sommes venu le week-end du 11 et 12 mars.. un accueil chaleureux et convivial. . Un cour week-end mais que nous recommandons à nos proches avec plaisir... très bien exposé en ville proche du lac

Petit hôtel sympathique avec des chambres toutes rénovées. Ne vous fiez pas a la façade austère.

We stayed at this hotel in September while we were in town visiting with friends.
The location is perfect within walking distance of shopping , restaurants and easy access to the lake. The train station is 100m away and the bus stop is across the street from the hotel.
The rooms and bathrooms are small but were totally adequate for our needs.
We were looking for clean rooms in a convenient location at a good price, and that is exactly what we got. The owners deserve a special mention; friendly, personable and accommodating.
We will definitely stay at Le Comte Rouge again when we are in town.

Accueil très sympathique et convivial . Belle chambre.j ai passé une excellente nuit.le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. Si vous passer à thonon n'hésitez pas en plus à 2 pas de la gare.SIlvio

Une horreur ! Ne jamais y aller
La propreté est carrément douteuse et le buffet déjeuner est infâme !!
Les gérants sont désagréables au possible

Лепо и старинско коначиште. Особље је љубазно и причљиво. Налази се на одличном положају и тихо је. Кревети/душеци су много меки и удобни. Није скупо. Топла препорука!
