After leaving the school and looking at the other course offerings, I emailed her to confirm that we'd like to attend a macaroon class. The email was ignored, as was the promise to refund the course fee. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card to get the course fee returned. We were disappointed in the lack of professionalism and straight out bold-faced lies that we were told. Le Cordon Bleu is supposed to be world-renowned as a great school that has educated great chefs so we were looking forward to starting our Paris adventure there. It but ended up being a big disappointment. I wouldn't recommend taking a course here to anyone.

I attend one of their short course class. I loved it so much. Amazing teacher and delicious food. I'll be coming back some day soon to get a full course and get a diploma and be a chef.

I took the food and wine pairing class and it was fantastic! I learned a lot about the wine from the Cote du Rhone region, got to taste three really delicious wines, and learned how to prepare three delectable French dishes. The teachers were really knowledgeable, and the translator (the class was taught in French but translated to English) did a really great job! I can't wait to take another course, it was a great way to spend an evening!

I booked a food and wine pairing short course for the first night in Paris on a girl's trip. When we arrived, we were told to wait outside. We stood there with another couple until Karrine Carroy came out and told us the class was cancelled due to another event and an email was sent weeks ago. No email was ever sent; it wasn't received by me or the other couple. It was our very first night on our very first trip to Paris and we wasted our time, not to mention Uber fare, to get there. The course fee was paid months earlier and she assured us that the fee would be refunded but ONLY after we asked about it. She apologized and offered another class of our choosing.
