Food was simple but good but the service is terrible. Waited for ever to be served. The for food to arrive. My steak was over cooked but I think the waiter assumed as I wasn't French I'd want my steak bien cuit not the saignant I ordered. Not sure they are used to being busy.

Lunch time menu is good value 2 course's for 12€ or normal menu available.

The options in the close locality are limited and the view in to the kitchen from the car park at the back is dubious from a hygiene perspective but we gave it a better look and gained confidence once inside.
Nice big portions, lovely fresh well dressed salad and really good chips too!
Since they have coach parties, more toilets would be preferable for busy times.

I have eaten here for lunch and the food was excellent, first rate. However it does not open on sunday evenings as advertised on google map
