We stayed here en route back to UK from the ski fields. The hotel location is superb in the middle of the old town, and the buildings all around it are superb to look at, they are beautiful. We also found the staff to be very friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean and pleasant, but probably last refurbished in 1972, it was very dated, they were refurbishing rooms around us, so this may rectified soon. It did not particularly bother us, but it was nevertheless a little bit retro, funky even (using the words of the day)! We also thought the breakfast was excellent, if a little pricey for what it was, that said we did manage some freshly cooked ham and scrambled eggs, which set us up well for the rest of the day! Free WIFI throughout, was a bonus. We will return here the next time we stay in Troyes.

After driving from Nice to Troyes in one hit (550 mls) specifically for this Hotel, My wife and I were not disappointed. The owner and his wife are so friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are large, comfortable and quiet. I have no doubt at all in recommending this hotel. Just call and say to Martin “as recommended by the reindeer thief”, He will understand.

Dead centre of the historic centrewith parking. Delightful and tasteful restoration of this historic building. The owners and staff couldn't be more helpful. Love staying here.

The staff at the counter were very friendly and accommodating. The room is nice and clean, with plenty of amenities as well. The room is very charming with its exposed beam on the ceiling and set of stairs to enter.

Nice hotel in the old part of town. Rooms were small but well appointed. Hotel was modern on the interior and the ambiance at the bar was very nice. Cocktail menu could use some improvement.

This hotel is amazing, we stayed in a suite on the top floor with great views over the rooftops of Troyes. We will definitely be back here. We had a fantastic time.
