We were not allowed to cancel one night of our two-night stay, even though we called at 10:00 a.m. from Reykjavik airport and explained that our flight was delayed by 10 hours. We still stayed the second night, and the rooms were nice and the beds comfortable. However, I would not stay again due to the staff not being understanding or helpful in the least given this situation that was out of our control.

Nice view, clean room and comfortable comparable too the price. I'm very satisfied.

Only had a buffet breakfast here but it was more than adequate.
