Stunning renovated hotel with very nice pool area. We had lunch by the pool, the pool/lunch menu was also very nice. Charming stone Masson village .
The hotel is part of a small group that also has a nice place in the center of Uzes very close by.

Stunning hotel, all the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful! 10/10. As the first official first dates hotel tourists to visit, we'd highly recommend!

Beautiful setting for hotel. Can see why it was chosen for TV series. However service was a let down. Had to wait 1.5 hours for room to be allocated despite management saying only another 5 mins on numerous occasions. Luggage not delivered to room as was promised, had to fetch bags myself. Room not cleaned even after request to do so. There was overall a sense of arrogance from staff and hotel lacked any real atmosphere. Disappointing really as it is very expensive!

A beautiful hotel with fantastic staff. A place to run away and be absorbed in remote French life. The town has a place to eat or buy the necessities, so nothing to do but read a book, have a wine and listen for the church bells every hour.

Une honte... Dommage car le cadre est magnifique.. Les prestations de l'annexe ne sont pas digne d'un 4 étoiles sincèrement.. On nous a volés nos cigarettes à cause de personnel, elles nous ont heureusement été rachetées mais quelle histoire limite à la fin nous mentions.. J'ai trouvé que le personnel n'avait pas vraiment le sens du service comme dans un vrai hôtel de luxe avec tout les problèmes que l'on a eu je n'ai senti personne vraiment désolé de cela.. Sauf une très jeune réceptionniste qui nous as accueilli depuis le départ et qui ne savais plus où se mettre.. Notre seul week end sans enfants à été gaché.
