I didn't stay here but stopped to use the restroom (I'm five months pregnant). The owner and another staff member followed me out yelling and were EXTREMELY RUDE. I was flabbergasted and almost on the verge of tears because of their insensitivity. With so many other options in Alsace, I would definitely look elsewhere.

Hotel sympathique - personnel charmant seul bémol le bruit de la rue et pas de parking propre mais mais en même temps il est super bien situé au coeur d'obernai

Completely disregard previous review as it's the exact opposite! The building is from 14th century and floors are slanted BUT it is recently renovated, our room under 1 year, and the hotel has an over abundance of charm. The owners are absolutely delightful. Had a split level quad room with great wifi, beds and new bathroom. A huge value for the low prices.

Location is perfect; but rooms are small, tired and in need of renewal.
The staff is very nice, except for the owner. He is not ready to deal with the guests. He got upset because I could not understand the location of the parking. Thankfully other members showed up and helped me.

Really good Hotel, looks like it's just been refurbished, great room and bathroom, nice staff nice town location.
Fantastic restaurant of the same name but run as a separate concern, also really friendly staff, brilliant food and good beer selection.

Very historical and sweet hotel in the centre of Obernai.
