Very good pastry and nice service, you will just about manage with basic english to order what you want. Opens at 7 so very convenient for hungry mornings.

Wonderful bread and cakes, but the shop assistant was very snobbish, because of our lacking French skills. Bad service in a touristy area!

Fabulous selection of baked goods. One of the largest, and easily the best croissants I have ever had in Paris. On the market street, Rue des Martyrs. Try whatever looks good, hard to go wrong here.

I got the best bread I have ever eaten in my entire life here (baguette traditionnel). If I lived close by I would eat this bread every day.
