Great experience for all the aviation lovers. And not only Awesome overview of how the planes are made and put together. Very interesting. Shame you cannot actually enter the manufacturing area!

The Boeing tour seemed a bit better

Not really exciting tour. Dated videos. Guide spoke bad english. The tours in Hamburg are much better!

I'm really passionate about commercial aviation, and usually spend my whole holidays visiting aviation museum and tacking scenic flight. The tour of Airbus factory was really disappointing. Paid a lot of money for two guided tours: in the first one, the A380 tour, after a short video presentation the guide give you same trivial details about the process of sub-assembly around the Europe followed by the terrace visit, over the final assembly line.
Not much more. The second tour, Airbus factory panoramic tour was even worst: Same short video and talk, followed by about one hour of tour onboard a bus outside many factory buildings. the bus simply stop, the guide explain you what happens inside but you are not allowed to descent the bus, nor enter the building.
Spare money and limit your visit to the Aeroscopia museum.

The tour is only OK. Half the tour is driving the bus around the assembly hall. After this, visitors can see half assembled planes through the visitors window. A guide supports this with shallow information about Airbus. However, detailed knowledge about the program is lacking and her English is only average French. The tour is supported by videos watched by the visitors window. The videos aren't too exciting and can be found on YouTube.
The tour ends in a simulated prototype test center which could be interesting but presented boringly. When taking the afternoon tour, it is not possible to visit the museum afterwards due to opening hours, neither is its entry included in the tour price. The timing could be better. Generally, the tour is focused on A380 and the visitor doesn't get in touch with planes. The small roof in front of the museum entrance does not cover rain, which makes it kind of obsolete. There was a huge rat on the runway which felt like the highlight of the whole tour.

Good little tour, got to see the A380 from the balcony. Guide was very good. She helped my friend who wasn't very well. He didn't enjoy the tour as much as the rest though. I would recommend

Tour is only ok. Photos prohibited and that was disappointing. Most of the time you are on the bus just 'passing-by'. I feel that this can be improved by allowing a special part where we can take photos for keepsake. Don't Google maps your way, proceed to the Aeroscopia Museum for the entry. They should put up signages to indicate to us that the Let's Visit Airbus Program is 'this way'. Souvinirs are overpriced with most from China. Be prepared to walk if you have no car.

Details about the company and interesting operational structures are not disclosed.

Generally, the tour is focused on A380 and the visitor doesn't get directly in touch with the airplanes. The small roof in front of the entrance doesn't cover rain, which makes it obsolete. There was a huge rat on the runway which was fun.

The A380 site visit was a little disappointing, a lot of talk about things any aviation estusiast know ten years ago, but a nice view of the final a380 assembly hangar and flightline with varios a350 too.

We enjoyed ourselves and it's an experience to visit while in the area. They could make it better by having a better booking process and perhaps making one complete tour.

Very bad. We went from another country just to see movie like in youtube and watch on production site from balcony for 10 minutes :(
Strongly not recommended.
