Great tour, worth the rather steep price. Takes about an hour and they were great with my 2 year old and her antics. Fun tasting at the end but the shop is overpriced as expected.

The video at the start was a bit too much of a marketing movie. It's the third champagne tour I did around here, so I got was it was about, but if it was the first you wouldn't have a clue.
Cool cellars (literally and figuratively) and a nice tasting afterwards. What was nice about the tasting that it was actually underground - the other houses often do it in the shop. All the big brands do a very small variety of tastings, unless you pay big bucks.
Friendly proper English speaking tour guide.

It shouldn't be that hard to make these tours truly amazing. Put in more"experience": tastings in the underground cellars, ask the audience for help opening the bottles, add more variety on the tastings, have a "goodie" (small bottle, a glass, anything!)

Spent several hours on a grand tour of this champagne company, with superb tastings at the end. Quite chilly in the caves, some very very old.
Very good guide

We had a private tour with Helen. It was a simply WONDERFUL experience. Stand where Napoleon stood, walk through some of the 28kms of cellars/caves, learn about the Moet family and Most importantly sample Dom Perignon!! There are Millions of bottles ageing in the cellars and the sheer volume of the place is inspiring. Of course there is the commercial aspect to the place but the service, the experience and the Champagne is second to none.

A fantastic tour around the caves and the whole process. The love for their champagne is clear and it has made M&C one of my favorites ever since. The best attraction in Epernay.

There is no going around Moët, the largest company and the rock upon which the other brands lay to cover the Champagne label with luxury and tradition. Endless cellars, beautiful tasting rooms and a top-notch gift shop.

We arrived at the Moet site and all looked great. The tour was well given, but the cave looked staged for customer's. After the tour we had paid for two glasses of grand vintage, all four of is were looking forward to the tasting. On arrival at the tasting room there was a smell of sewerage. Moet staff did not seem to notice the smell. The whole tasting was ruined a d I have felt sick for the past two hours. I wish I had complained at the time. But us English are sometimes to polite for our own good. But don't think I will being back, as I expected higher standards.

Just simply amazing to visit this historic site.
A proud impression of tradition and taste is on display here.
Absolutely a must if you are in Epernay.
We were received by well trained front line staff and went on a guided tour through the caves by a proud and knowledgeable representative of the company.
Only after this experience i understood why champagne is such a luxurious ITEM enjoyed by millions.

If you love Champagne then you will love a visit to the cellars of Moet & Chandon. Really good guided tour of the champagne cellars with detailed explanations of the champagne making process with a tasting at the end. Very informative and enjoyable would recommend a visit to any wine lover

If you only visit one Champage house, it should probably be this one. The building alone is worthy of the admission fee.
