Amazing service, even after midnight, rooms are clean, and very big, toilet separate from the bathtube and the shower, honestly you can't get better for the price

The room (although marked as non-smoking) smelled like smoke, I got a skin rash all over my legs and back (likely allergy), although I never had an allergic reaction in my life. The shower head does not at all stay in place, which makes showering uncomfortable. Besides this, the (spacious) room is poorly maintained,with a broken table leg and unfunctional ethernet cable.

There are not many choices for hotels in the area but I believe this hotel is the best in the area.

Big rooms, friendly staff. In comparison somewhat simple breakfast. Nancy is a nice town to visit and the hotel is in walking distance. You can also rent very affordable bikes for a day just around the corner, but tickets need to be purchased online (you cannot pay at the automated checkout point)

It was a big clean room, though laid out a little oddly. The hard plastic surrounds in the shower and toilet spaces were a first for me, but got the job done. The room had all the things we were looking for, including extra beds for the kids. The staff was very nice and spoke english fairly well. The continental breakfast was a little costly for us at €15, so we ate elsewhere (food was costly in general in Nancy). But overall for the price we were very satisfied!

The rooms are clean but nothing special. The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast.

This was one of the better novotel hotels I've stayed in so far. The rooms/suites are very spacious and comfortable and most of the rooms have a very nice view from their room over the city of Nancy. The only point of critic for me was during breakfast. This room was little bit too small (if you come with your family).

WiFi is of average speed.
