Nice, huge, set in a beautiful spot and a stunning landscape. It's just as you see in the tv at the famous movie festival with the big "scalinata".
Impossible not to notice it. Guess it must be the most photographed place in town. No matter the day or wheather you 'll always find tourists taking pictures there.
Worth the visit.

I had a four day event here and the atmosphere was good. The organization was everything you could expect from French and the food was exquisite. I loved it.

While it hosts some of the most prestigious conferences in the world, the building itself is in need of some serious refurbishment, especially the toilets.

Beautiful place. Been here for two separate festivals, and it's always been difficult to find my way around. Still beautiful though.

One half is renovated and looks great. But then there's the other part which is still from the 70s and didn't age well. Location is great. And it is the mythical place of the Cannes Film Festival.

The famous location for many events, most notably the Cannes Film Festival which I attend professionally, it is located near the sea and the views from inside the Palais are spectacular. The theaters are comfortable, some huge and some smaller venues, and it is always a thrill to watch a film spring the festival at the Théâtre Grande Lumière. However, as a professional, I have some qualms. The press room is too small to accommodate everyone (and the massive egos of some self-important film critics). People are often sitting on the floor working on their laptops. There aren't many restrooms so expect some long lines. The whole building needs renovations. But it is absolute thrill to be here for 10 days each year.

The famous Cannes festival location. Note that there are plenty of events there all year round and some prevent access to the actual famous stairs you see in the festival opening (like the day we visited :( ).
