Wonderful place to go with children, amazing views and animals freely running near you. An absolute must-see when you are in Chamonix.

The parc is undoubtedly nice but.
1.no family tickets available
2.most of all no drinkable water at any of the fountains. This is quite ridiculous: you have to purchase expensive bottled water at the bar, also increasing plastic consume. And theres plenty of water everywhere!

Be prepared for a good 15 minutes walking up the hill to reach the entrance from the car parking site

A so nice place to observe typical mountain animals in their natural environment. Quiet area with an amazing point of view on the top roof of the Europe, the Mont Blanc. A tiny restaurant and souvenirs shop to get all we need for a day trip.

A truly amazing attraction. The tickets would be worth it at double the price to be honest. The café is very reasonably priced too considering they have a captive market there.

Amazing animal park. For the price of 7 euro you can walk among animals. Highly recommended to reach the park by feet!

My wife and I saw marmuts (came within a couple of metres of us), an ibex(surprised us by sneaking up on us, got to within a metre of us on the path before we turned round and saw it), deer, chamois and other wildlife too.

If you're disabled, old or with young children then you can park near the entrance; otherwise you have to walk about 1 Km up a steep slope.
If you are in a wheelchair or have problems walking, this may not be too good for you as the are many steep gravelly slopes.
Bring drinking water or be prepared to buy drinks from the cafe. There is no drinking water available.

Thoroughly recommended!
