After a beautiful and impressive front window display promising warm reception and friendliness with seemingly no bounds, the reality inside was much different.
Reception was brisk, questions answered with cold abrupt answers.
Wine was very good though, but that's not the be all and end of all of an experience in the Bourgogne though.
There are much friendlier Domaines in the area, I would try those first and see what I mean when you get to Phillipes!

To me, that is a pretty unethical way of dealing with visitors.

Stopped by here unannounced on a Saturday. Tastings are free with any purchase -- but beware, they tried to overcharge us. My husband and I shared a glass but the staff wanted to charge us for TWO tastings with the claim that it was for 2 people, even though the pours were clearly for 1. (Or less... they weren't very generous)

Worth the visit. Truly interesting museum (just a display of old stuff you walk and see, not with real museum atmosphere or vibe) and friendly stuff that shared a lot of information about the wine and origins etc

Amazing.
To my mind the most beautifull cellars of burgundy.
The museum is great, the cellars are amazing, charming staff (who teach me a lot of things about wine).
And the most important : the wines are very very good and not so expensive.
I bought very good wines and I spent a great moment in "Domaine Philippe Leclerc"
To my mind the best place when you are searching some burgundian wines.

Son vin est bon... très bon.
La petite visite du musée permet de s’imprégner de l'ambiance avant une petite dégustation passionnante.

The wine here is some of the best in the village.

Ordered some bottles of wine at Leclerc after degustation that arrived after three unanswered mails 2,5 month later at home. Not to recommend also because of the communication. Wines are ok but price - quality bad.
