A typical example of a provincial French airport- a departure lounge with not only a lack of seating, but not enough space for all the people on the aircraft. Add to that inconsistent, arbitrary jobsworth staff who think that they're better than their customers makes for not a particularly pleasant experience.

Very basic facilities. No duty free and once through customs the is only a vending machine.

Good airport

OK, the Ryanair flight was an hour late (scant apology) but that is a common occurence
so why not improve the facilities or warn people to delay the time of going through
security and spend more of the wait in the sunshine or restaurant.

Very very small airport with no duty free, restaurant, shops through security. The only facilities here once you enter the terminal is a restaurant/bar upstairs...very very basic.
You might as well wait before passport control before going through as space is very tight once through.

Treated like cattle once you are through security - actually they were very efficient and polite. After this we were shoved into a room with the most uncomfortable seating -
if you were lucky enough to get a seat that is - around 25% had to stand or sit on floor. Only amenities for the near 3 hour wait to embark were toilets, not too bad, and a machine dispensing expensive, horrid coffee.
