The girl ironing the shirts is working hard while the receptionist and the useless guy with the thin tie are chitchatting with each other while they see clients waiting. Made me wait 15 minutes while no one else was there and it was clear I was in a hurry. Regardless of the end service, I am not coming back.
Edit: After getting my shirts back, I can confidently say that this is the worst laundry I have ever tried - and I have tried many. Some of the shirts came back with massive wrinkles and none of them looks fresh from the iron. (Did I mention they charged me one extra shirt?) Sad that 5asec would go down to this level.

Just wasted money, in a shirt that needed to be ironed and a jean that had a stain. The ironed shirt was not ironed and the jean look exactly the same as I took it. So much for being called "Best Dry Cleaners". Don't waste your money or time.

c'est de la MERD.... Vêtements reviens sale , il ne veulent pas refaire ni rembourser. Accueil dégoutant !

Seemed to do a good job but I didn't have a big job. Expensive but it seems expensive everywhere in Paris (compared to London)
