Hôtel superbe ! Très bon accueil. Les chambres sont très bien aménagées... Le toit terrasse est aménagé en bar où l'on peut y siroter de délicieux cocktails mais aussi une petite restauration..
Au rez de chaussée : le restaurant "la flèche d'argent", magnifique, belle salle, belles tables... Et dans l'assiette c'est beau et bon. Excellent... C'est un jeune chef à découvrir !

I've been there for a professional event during lunch time. The cocktail buffet was very scarce, several people weren't able to get anything - and I mean nothing at all, not even a single verrine. Service was inadequate: I've seen waiters replying curtly to the organiser of the meeting who asked, 2 hours before the cocktail, to bring the wine back inside from the terrace because it would have been warm by the time of the cocktail: "ok, if you wish..." The terrace floor was in very bad conditions and not recently cleaned. Very disappointed for a 5* hotel.

Super hôtel et super service, il est dommage que l'accès au spa soit maintenant limité et que les prix est augmenté du coup le rapport qualité prix n'est plus en adéquation comme il a pu l'être

4 nights in the hotel. Great stay. Access to Royatonic is a plus. Very nice restaurant.

Un hôtel qui a du être très luxueux mais dont la direction a toutes les peines du monde pour conserver son lustre d'antan. Le personnel sympathique n'arrive pas à cacher le manque criant de salariés.
Quant au petit-déjeuner à 19 euros , c'est proprement du vol.
Cependant si vous arrivez à passer outre tous ces défauts, le lieu est malgré tout à voir.

Beautiful hotel in gorgeous Royat. Easy access to Royatonic thermal spas, great attentive staff, beautiful rooftop restaurant!

We regularly go to Royat and always stay in this hotel after having tried others in the area. Definitely the best. Great food. Pity they have changed the rules for access to Royatonic.

Large and confortable room but the curtains didn't close properly so the sun wake you up in the morning. Breakfast was good but unfortunately I had to share it with too many flies :(
