This is a nice enough apartment block. If you are familiar with ski chalets this place will be exactly what you expect. If not, our room is clean and tidy with a nice balcony. We have small kitchen and bathroom. The living space I would describe as better than average and it is nice to have a separate bedroom. However, to be honest if you are visiting a place like this you are probably not in it for the room. For me I am here cycling and his building is accomodating of bikes. There is nowhere specific to store them but the balcony is big enough and the they are no prohibited inside the building.

Résidence Pierre is in a great location, near lots of shops and restaurants, and a couple of supermarkets. There is an ice rink right next door, great if you have any energy left after a day on the mountain. There is a bus that takes you from your door to Les Bergers, where the slopes and ski school are located. There is also a ski lift route about five minutes walk away which you can take to Les Bergers, which is a beautiful way to travel to the slopes. Our rooms at Résidence Pierre were fairly basic. The apartment has three bedrooms, sparsely furnished in a pretty utilitarian fashion. All amenities are here: fridge, cooking hob, sink, kettle, coffee maker, microwave/grill combi, cutlery, plates and pans. The quality isn't excellent, but it's pretty cheap and I couldn't have asked for much more at the price. The only major annoyance has been the labyrinthine layout of the place. Our room is on the third floor, and so is the ski room, but if you want to get to the ski room from our room, you have to go to the fourth floor and back down, either by stairs or elevator. Overall, a good place to stay that I would recommend to anyone on a budget.

Our room is very small for 7 of us but still nice. They are a bit too vigilant with policing noise levels after 22:00 and they only give 1 key to a group of 7 for the ski equipment cupboard and the room (until you fill out the inventory). They also didn't give us enough bedding. We have jobs, a microwave, a dishwasher but no oven. Location is pretty good - 10-15 minute walk to the lifts or 3 minutes to the slow bucket lift to the slopes.

Ideal location with great views from the room. The bedding needs refreshing as it's all worn and uncomfortable. Facilities in the room are great and fully functioning kitchen. Only 1 toilet in a room for 4/6 people can be a pain. Bathrooms are good with good pressure showers.

Overall good.
