One of the most unusual churches I've ever seen. It is one of the highest buildings in Havre, and when I looked at it staying far from the church, I couldn't think that it is something religious. The tower is hollow inside top-to-bottom, so when you go into the church and look up, it's amazing. The high tower filled up with multicolor lights from colored windows glasses. And installation inside in the center of building is very beautiful

Église en béton impressionnante par sa hauteur, surtout de l'intérieur. Très large à sa base.
D'un style moderne et post-Econde guerre mondiale, elle reste imposante mais ne fait pourtant pas rêver de l'extérieur.

From the outside, the church looks like it could be some kind of communist monolith - all grey and concrete. But when you go inside, the colours just flood the whole interior. The stained glass windows in the tower let the light fall everywhere in such beautiful vibrancy.
The layout of the church is unique and that adds to the beauty of it all. It's easy to spend a while just sitting and looking at it all.
It's free to get in and is a highlight of a trip to Le Havre. Make sure you don't miss it!

Beautiful church. This church is one of kind masterpiece. The stained glass work is pure craftsmanship. I wish I could have attended a mass here and may try to do so on a return trip to France. You can sit in awe and pray for a long time in a peaceful beautiful church like this. Very modern Stations of the Cross, unique confessionals, and simple alter. Great displays and explanations of meanings in the back of the church. Be sure to check out the spiral staircase climbing up the central tower. I’d say the best attraction in Le Havre!
