By supplying and mounting a new carbon fork on a monday morning Sassa Velo saved our cycling holiday.

I needed to replace the sealed bearings on a carbon fork but the old ones were corroded onto the steering tube and couldn't be shifted without a specialist bearing- puller tool. I turned up at Sassa Velo at 9:30am on Monday morning without any pre-booking and was on my way home with the problem sorted by 9:45am!
Excellent service using the proper tools and my offer to pay was politely declined.
I highly recommend this bike shop!!

Vélo déposé pour entretien général. Nous avons retrouvé la guidoline blanche, changée récemment par nos soins, tachée de cambouis. Le propriétaire s'est montré très agressif quand nous lui avons fait remarquer. Nous n'y retournerons plus.
