I would like to particularly thank to the staff who was working on the 20th and 26th of July at Nimes Sixt Office. If I remember her name correctly Ms Amandine was very very helpful the day of the collection of the car. They have booked an automatic car for me (because it was not in the options on internet- please review that policy and provide the opportunity to chose manual or automatic), she was kind to upgrade me for a slight difference and provide me a manual car.

Très reactif, voiture impeccable, super accueil. Bref je vous les recommande pour vos locations, j'en suis très satisfait.

La dame qui me livre la voiture essai de me vendre les garanties optionelles en utilisant le môt "investissement", probablement formée a ce genre de detournement du sens des môts. Elle tente aussi de me vendre un plein d'avance. Le tout avec le bobar habituel du "client qui se fait emboutir la voiture pendant qu'elle est garé, 3000e de dégâts, qu'on me sert a chaque location. Au tour du veichule, elle confond les cotés conducteur et passager, et je doit insister pour faire corriger les inchoerences entre sa copie des rayures et la mienne. Ce qui n'empechera pas le monsieur du retour de m'embêter avec une salissure, qui de plus était déjà là au depart. Modèle conforme, mais avec pneus sous gonflés. Au final, beaucoup de sourires et de courtoisie de façade, mais peu de professionalisme dans le fond. A noter, Sixt est le seul loueur qui propose des prix de base sans absolument aucune assurance hormis le tiers.

Prepaid for a car at Nimes airport. Terrible customer service.
Their system was frozen and couldn't allow to add another credit card to pay for the authorization. The rude staff at the desk (name is Martial), said we have 2 options:
- go to the other office at Nimes Centre (20 minutes away) and finalize the reservation (that we had pre paid already..)
- get a full refund and rent a car to a concurrent next door
The guy was so useless that we've decided to take the option 2. He ensure us that the refund has been processed and we will get an email confirmation on the Monday (we were Friday so it would make sense). It will take up to 10 days to get the money but the full refund has been made. I've asked him a paper to prove it, he said he had nothing but on his own words 'I don't play we refund, it has been made, everything is in process' (big lie...).
I went next door (Europe car), hire a car without any issue.
Monday comes, still no email so I've called them and spoke to the agency manager (Manon Le Rolland). She was even more rude than the other employee... She didn't even let me speak and conclude that the refund is not processed and I won't get my money back because it was my fault if I couldn't get the car...
I've called customer service (head office), explain the situation and got the refund processed in less than 5 minutes..
Nimes office people are rude, worst customer service ever, lie and try to abuse the customers! NEVER AGAIN!

Our Sixt rental car was broken into while parked near the Pont du Gard. I was pretty shaken up. I called Sixt and the phone rep was very professional. She told me to go to this location to exchange the car. We arrived hoping for helpfulness, but we were treated like a nuisance. One employee suggested my bad luck caused the break-in. The car we got from this location has electronic problems, but we're putting up with it so we don't have to come back here.
