ils partent un par un et tous les récents arrivés comme les ancien s'en vont au bout de qques mois
la direction lyonnaise est autiste aux clients locaux et rachete tout ce qui bouge en augmentant les honoraires sans remplacer les personnes qui partent
donc un conseil : ne leur confiez pas votre immeuble !

Sogimalp do not keep all the keys so they cannot manage the properties effectively in the event of problems. We needed to turn off the water for the building, which was empty at the time, it took Sogimalp several hours to find the correct key..................hopeless
I needed a remote control for my garage and the entrance baririer. The 1st request ignored the 2nd time I went direct to the security company. in all it took 4 attempts before I had a remote that worked.
Poor service and a wretched do not care attitude. All they are interested in is taking money and no interest in offering a service
If you are looking for a managing agent I recommend you look elsewhere
