We have stayed before and overall like to stay here. The Reception staff are very good and helpful. The room was very nice with a great view.
Our room was good, but would suggest that broken skirting boards, dirty toilet walls and general attention to cobwebs should be cleaned on a weekly basis.
The pool is a great asset but it is not clear where to get the blue towels?

Nice staff and nice hotel. Good service. :)
Prices are just normal.
nice and clean swimming pool.
Parking costs €10,50 a day.

Looks can be deceiving.

The room isn't really dog and invalid friendly but we had to make the best of it.

We paid over 150 euros for a '4 Star Hotel'. First off, this is by no means 4 stars; rooms were incredibly small; no air conditioning or even ventilation. It was 18 degrees C outside but the room was over 22 degrees and almost impossible to sleep in . Customer service was OK, but considering the complaints we had, and wanted to check out a day early, they said it was against policy... Even for disgruntled customers .

Simple hotel to stay at, honestly I thought the rooms were bigger and I got pretty disappointed when I saw the real thing. On pictures it looked bigger. I had ordered a room with sea view and a shower because my companion is physically disabled. They told us at our arrival that there are no rooms with a shower, only baths. Too bad, we had to improvise... The hotel is in my point of view not worth 4 stars (rather 2), the hotel next door is 5 stars and it looked really splendid, I had wished I did a little bit more research on other hotels in Trouville since Trouville is a lovely town to stay at!

The hotel has a great location, close to the beach and not so far from the "city center". They have a heated swimming pool, a chimney. The breakfast buffet is good. Why not 4 stars ? Because the hotel seems a little bit... tired.

A big plus is that I could take my dog with me.
And I could take my breakfast from the lunch room to my hotel room. Since my dog and companion couldn't go into the lunchroom I had to get it. (I recommend doing this instead of ordering a petit déjeuner at your room since there isn't much variety in a petit déjeuner.
