Frankly, i wouldn't even give them any stars but it's impossible to write an opinion without clicking any. Service is extremely bad in this branch. Be prepared to wait 3.5-5hours for your number to be called. Personnels at 1st floor counters are working at snail speed (I now understand why french are known as snails) and very badly organized. They don't have different counters to accept applications for carte de séjour, conversion of driving license etc. Each counter take approximately 40min-1 hr before calling on the next number. I've spent 4.5 hours before just waiting and finally to be told that I needed certified copy of a cert as apparently this country doesn't think an original copy is valuable enough. Completely ridiculous! And today, they requested for 2 bills to prove my address when it's not stated on the list. Hope the new government will look into improving the public sectors services!! Sad to say that they're no better than the 3rd world. Even public sectors in developing countries are more efficient. Shame on them!

Obviously, the people in charge of serving foreign citizens don't speak any language other than French.

We went four times here for immigration, waiting period of 3 hours each time. 1st time- not enough documentation ( they have different documents required than the ones on their website, be aware before going there), second time- the immigration manager did not want to take our dossier as she was clueless of our rights and decided to kick us out instead of finding out what was our rights, she was totally aggressive and wanted to call security on us. Came back the next day, with proof of laws, email received from the prefecture telling us our rights, screen shots of their own website, then the manager did not want to admit she was wrong and asked me my phone number and told me she will study the case and never called me back. A week had passed, came back and she said I need your email actually- never sent me the email. -this prefecture is awful I have never been treated like this in my life. long story- went to a different prefecture, they understood our case immediately, did not ask for the additional documentation, and I got my carte de séjour.

scandaleux. de l'attente à n'en plus finir et au final personne pour nous recevoir pour un permis. Uniquement sur rdvous et pas tous les jours. Sauf que personne ne répond au téléphone et la rubrique prise de rendez-vous sur internet n'est pas en fonctionnement. Des bons à rien.

Pas possible de prendre un Rdv en ligne.
La liste de documents à déposer est changé manuellement à l'accueille. Tu la trouve pas sur ligne.
Tu dois attendre devant la portail à 8h le matin, sinon tu risques de ne pas être servi avant 15h.
Comment il peut rester avec ces services désagréables depuis des années?

President Macron may want to welcome more foreign scientists and engineers to France, but the workers here seem not ready. If you are lucky, you may encounter some helpful people, though.

Si oui, comment et en combien de temps ?
J'ai fait ma demande en ligne il y a 1 mois et demi et quand je les appelle pour savoir où ca en est la nana te raccroche au nez en t'insultant.
C'est quoi le délire.
